YOU WILL:

JUNIOR ESTIMATOR

YOU HAVE:

Assist in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates
Attend pre-bid meetings and maintain related notes
Perform take-offs
Develop cost estimates for change orders
Provide information to Subcontractors and Vendors
Solicit quotes and follow-up for quotable materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Assist Chief Estimator and Senior Estimators with various tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiar with electrical codes and ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
