DIVISION MANAGER

Establish division objectives and performance standards in line with company goals

Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration, performance management, customer relationships, etc.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and cultivate new customer relationships

Maintain existing customer base with face-to-face interactions to foster strong relationships

Monitor competitive conditions in the territory and adjust to gain market share

Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share and profitability growth

Overall responsibility for project satisfaction and project financial performance

Monitor quality of work performed by the division, ensure safety is a priority

Select/assign project team members based on their experience and the needs of the project

Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum eight (8) years electrical experience in the construction industry.

Demonstrates record of successful project management in complex situations.

Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
-
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, customers, etc.
