DIVISION MANAGER

  • Establish division objectives and performance standards in line with company goals

  • Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration, performance management, customer relationships, etc.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and cultivate new customer relationships

  • Maintain existing customer base with face-to-face interactions to foster strong relationships

  • Monitor competitive conditions in the territory and adjust to gain market share

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share and profitability growth

  • Overall responsibility for project satisfaction and project financial performance

  • Monitor quality of work performed by the division, ensure safety is a priority

  • Select/assign project team members based on their experience and the needs of the project

  • The duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and scope of the work being performed. Other duties may be assigned based on the position's role and operational needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum eight (8) years electrical experience in the construction industry.

  • Demonstrates record of successful project management in complex situations.

  • Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, customers, etc.
