ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

  • Manage and deliver projects on time and under budget.

  • Assist field electricians with troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Plan for all labor, material, equipment, and tool needs--utilize appropriate manpower, purchase, and equipment allocation process to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Provide job status updates, financial updates on standard forms comparing budget/bid to actuals; provide projections through the end of the following month.

  • Review AP and AR for your respective projects and assure proper coding, allocation, and payment.

  • Bid projects/assist with bidding projects based on on-site walk-through and limited information from the customer.

  • Develop and enhance customer relationships with frequent follow-ups to meet customer expectations.

  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership that enhances team building and respect amongst all employees through positive interactions and active communication.

  • Communicate effectively with project owners, suppliers, employees, and management.

  • Promote Safety 1st (training, clean job site, etc.).

  • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.

  • Experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-past environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
